  • HIV testing (provided by Community Healthcare Network– see calendar for times)
  • STI testing
  • Gynecological services (PAP smears, GYN exams)
  • Physical exams
  • Abscess & wound care

  • Onsite basic medications
  • Safer injection consultations

We offer FREE medical services to participants of the organization through the CUHRON CORNER Clinic. Established in 2010, the Columbia University Harm Reduction Outreach Network (CUHRON) started providing low-threshold medical services under the supervision of volunteer physician Dr. Carmen Dominguez-Rafer through the New York Presbyterian Ambulatory Care Network. Individuals are not required to have ID or insurance and can show up without an appointment during the bi-monthly evening clinic. WHCP’s office features a separate waiting room, two exam rooms, and a swing room with basic laboratory equipment to provide services. Thanks to this dedicated group, some of our participants report they receive all of their primary care services through the clinic. Developing rapport with participants in a space that they are comfortable in has been an important model to connect to more comprehensive services and improve case coordination for a population that has traditionally reported negative experience with medical providers.

All Health Services & CUHRON CORNER Clinic hours are posted on our calendar
